Welcome to Drive On™ (referred to as 'Website', 'we', 'our', 'us'). By accessing our website, browsing our product catalog, placing an order, or communicating with us, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We offer premium car perfume products (Essence and Amber Oud) in 50ml bottles. We strive to display product details, scent notes, pricing, and packaging as accurately as possible.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard local taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing, variants, packaging, or scent formulations at any time without prior warning.

When you submit an order on our storefront, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, cancel, or hold any order at our sole discretion. This includes orders flagged for incorrect pricing, payment failures, logistics limitations, or suspicious fraud filters.

Payment options are integrated securely via trusted gateway partners (Razorpay). By submitting your card or UPI details, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

For manual checkouts (such as WhatsApp checkout redirection), the transaction is completed manually via direct peer transfer, and the order is only packed upon receipt of payment verification.

We dispatch orders within 24 to 48 business hours from New Delhi. Estimated delivery transit times (3-9 business days depending on location) are provided by third-party carrier services and are not strict guarantees.

We are not liable for transit delays caused by courier service issues, extreme weather, public holidays, or incorrect address entries.

Returns and replacements are handled according to our official Refund & Return Policy. Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damages or manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for replacements.

All website content, including trademarks, logos, brand names (Drive On™), text layouts, product images, graphics, formulas, bottle designs, and code scripts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Drive On™ and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws.

No user may copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or exploit any brand elements without our explicit, written authorization.

By placing an order, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and current delivery coordinates (Name, Phone, Address, Pincode). You agree not to attempt to bypass site security, disrupt servers, manipulate price data, or exploit cart mechanisms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drive On™ and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product usage, including improper spray application, vehicle interior surface staining, or accidental inhalation.

Perfumes should be sprayed directly onto cabin mats or surfaces that do not react with perfume oils, avoiding direct contact with leather or plastic screens.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
